Need any help i can get please

hi i'm 27 yrs old i have a disabilty hearing comming up in dec after a year wait got taken off work due to a kidney disease i need help with my bills they are all about to be shut off i tried to get help through the welfair office and comm action but because i do not have any children i can not get any help anywhere if anyone can please help me.thank you for taking the time to read this.
